My 3DFitBud display is unreadable or missing segments.

If you have just received your new 3DFitBud, be sure to remove the front protection demo sticker from the display.

If your 3DFitBud battery has been activated for around 12 months and the display is fading, it is likely that the battery is low and needs to be replaced. Battery type: CR2032 button coin cell battery.

If your 3DFitBud display stops working or does not turn on and it is less than 12 months since the new battery was activated - please contact us (see below).
