My 3DFitBud will not turn on or stopped working.
If you have just received your new 3DFitBud, be sure to activate it for the first time by removing/sliding it out of the clip and pulling out the battery insulation tab to activate the new battery and display.
If your 3DFitBud stops working or does not turn on and it is less than 12 months since the new battery was activated - please contact us (see below).
